i'm not allowed to have cats or dogs in my building, and my boyfriend said no iguanas or reptiles. he did say i could have a turtle. my mom said get two so they don't get lonely. she's smart. so i'm currently trying to hunt down a used aquarium so i can start my dysfunctional turtle family. how to turtles bang anyway?? they lay eggs? i totally want a boy and a girl so i can have baby turtles to. oh, and i've totally decided the names allready. the boy turtle is iggy (Ichobod crane) and the girl is jack. (jack the ripper)
yes, i see the humor in the girl being a boy, and also being an actual serial killer versus a literary horror icon.

i got another bartending job, and now i have a set schedule to. which is awesome. thurs, fri and sunday nights. i still have free time, and now i know when it is to. speaking of drinks, i got this really funny drink book called "the perfect drink for every occaision". (example: the drink for divorce = "the antichrist") but in honor of the current weather i leave you with the drink for the hottest day of the summer: Pinapple Martini. (i've however altered the recipe to how i would make it) go buy VanGough pinapple vodka. store it in the freezer. fuck the martini glass and pour directly into your mouth. garnish with a pinapple wedge.

My brother has 3 little turtles...they are so cute, i love them. Only bad thing, is the water smells sooooooooooooooooooo bad sometimes and it stinks up everything in our upstairs--i hate it.
You have to clean the the tank, every other day or the water turns brown...
I go for weekly hikes at a local nature reserve, and their main sanctuaried animal is the turtle. They all swim around, sniffing each other, rejecting each other or getting friendly, depending on levels of attraction. Then they climb up their little anchored "rocks" and sunbathe together. There is nothing funnier than watching an itty-bitty boy turtle try to make it with an extra-large girl turtle, scrambling up the back of her shell while trying to be a pimp about it.
Or maybe I'm just easily-entertained! Have fun with your future pets. :)

turtles hump eachother from the back, haha...and yeah they lay eggs.
